P26B2Engine Coolant Bypass Valve B Stuck Closed

P26B2 means the powertrain control module (PCM) has commanded the engine coolant bypass valve B to open or change position, but the valve's feedback signal shows it is stuck closed. The PCM detects this by comparing the commanded valve position with the actual position reported by the valve's position sensor, and it sets the code when the two disagree beyond a calibrated threshold for a set time.
