P26AEEngine Coolant Bypass Valve B Control Circuit High

P26AE means the powertrain control module (PCM) commanded the engine coolant bypass valve B to a specific position, but the feedback circuit reported a voltage higher than the expected range for that command. The computer sees the valve control circuit stuck high, so it cannot trust that the bypass valve is moving coolant where it should.
