P2647'A' Rocker Arm Actuator System Stuck On (Bank 1)

P2647 means the powertrain control module (PCM) commanded the bank 1 'A' rocker arm actuator to change state, but the circuit feedback indicates the actuator is stuck in the on position. The computer detects this by comparing the commanded state to the actual current or voltage signature on the actuator control circuit, and it sets the code when the two do not agree.
