P2622Throttle Position Output Circuit High

P2622 means the engine computer (PCM) has detected a high voltage condition on the throttle position output circuit, which is the signal wire that reports throttle blade position. The PCM expects a voltage within a calibrated range, and a sustained high reading tells it the circuit is shorted to voltage or the sensor's internal return path has failed.
