P25DEA Camshaft Position - Unable to Achieve Locked Position Bank 1

This code means the engine computer commanded the bank 1 camshaft phaser to lock into a fixed position and the camshaft did not move to or hold that position within the expected time. The computer compares camshaft position to crankshaft position and flags the fault when the measured angle stays outside the lock window.
