P25CFIntake Camshaft Actuator Park Lock Control Circuit High Bank 2

P25CF means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally high voltage on the control circuit for the bank 2 intake camshaft actuator park lock. The park lock is a mechanical pin that holds the camshaft phaser in its base timing position when the engine is off, and the PCM commands it through a solenoid or motor circuit. A high voltage reading tells the PCM that the circuit is open, shorted to power, or that the actuator's internal coil has failed.
