P25BFAlternative Fuel Disable Control Circuit High

P25BF means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected a high-voltage condition on the alternative fuel disable control circuit, which is the wire the PCM uses to command a shutdown of the alternative fuel system. The PCM expects a specific voltage on that circuit when the disable command is inactive, and a reading above the acceptable threshold tells it the circuit is shorted to power or the control device is not responding as designed.
