P2511ECM/PCM Power Relay Sense Circuit Intermittent

P2511 means the engine control module (ECM) or powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an intermittent fault in the power relay sense circuit, which is the feedback wire the computer uses to confirm that its main power relay actually closed and is supplying voltage. The computer expects a stable voltage signal on this sense line whenever the relay is commanded on, and an intermittent drop or spike tells it the relay circuit is not reliable.
