P248CReductant Heater B Sense Circuit Low

P248C means the engine control module has detected that the reductant heater B sense circuit is reporting a voltage lower than expected, indicating a short to ground or an open circuit in that signal path. The reductant heater warms the diesel exhaust fluid to keep it from freezing and to help it vaporize properly for selective catalytic reduction, so a low sense signal can prevent the heater from being controlled correctly.
