P23BDNOx Sensor Performance Signal Biased or Stuck High Bank 1 Sensor 3

P23BD means the powertrain control module has detected that the nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor signal from bank 1 sensor 3 is biased high or stuck at a high value. The sensor is reporting a continuously elevated NOx reading that does not respond normally to changes in engine operation, so the computer cannot trust the exhaust aftertreatment feedback.
