P239FO2 Sensor Out of Range During Deceleration Bank 2 Sensor 2

P239F means the powertrain control module (PCM) saw the downstream oxygen sensor on bank 2 report a voltage outside its expected range while the vehicle was decelerating. During deceleration the engine goes into fuel cut, so the sensor should swing lean; this code sets when the signal stays too rich or too lean for too long under those conditions.
