P237DExhaust Heat Exchanger Bypass Valve A Control Circuit Low

P237D indicates that the powertrain control module has detected an abnormally low voltage on the control circuit for the exhaust heat exchanger bypass valve 'A'. This valve routes exhaust gas around the heat exchanger to manage exhaust temperature and cabin heating, and a low circuit condition means the computer cannot reliably command the valve to move.
