P2306Ignition Coil 'C' Primary Control Circuit Low

P2306 means the engine computer (PCM) commanded ignition coil 'C' to fire, but the primary control circuit stayed at a low voltage when it expected the coil driver to pull the circuit high. The PCM detects this as a short-to-ground or excessive current draw on the coil's primary control wire, so it flags the circuit as faulty.
