P2249O2 Sensor Reference Voltage Circuit Low (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

P2249 means the engine computer (PCM) has detected that the reference voltage circuit for the upstream oxygen sensor on bank 2 is lower than expected. The PCM supplies a steady reference voltage to the sensor's signal circuit, and a low reading on that circuit tells the computer the sensor or its wiring is not receiving the proper voltage.
