P2233O2 Sensor Signal Circuit Shorted to Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 3)

P2233 means the engine control module has detected an abnormal electrical path between the signal circuit and the heater circuit of the downstream oxygen sensor on bank 1, sensor 3. The sensor's signal wire is shorted to its heater wire, so the computer cannot trust the oxygen reading from that sensor.
