P2223NOx Sensor Heater Sense Circuit Low

P2223 means the engine computer has detected an abnormally low voltage on the heater sense circuit for the nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor, which is used on diesel engines to monitor emissions. The heater element inside the sensor is not drawing the current the computer expects, so the sensor may not reach operating temperature and the system cannot accurately measure NOx levels.
