P21FEFuel Control System B Too Lean at Higher Load (Bank 2)

P21FE means the engine computer has detected that bank 2 of the fuel control system is running too lean when the engine is under higher load, such as during acceleration or climbing a hill. The computer monitors fuel trim and oxygen sensor feedback and sets this code when it can no longer add enough fuel to bring the air-fuel ratio back to the commanded value on that bank.
