P2195O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P2195 means the engine computer has detected that the upstream oxygen sensor on bank 1 is reporting a lean exhaust condition and that the signal is stuck, meaning it is not switching rich and lean as it should. The computer compares this sensor's voltage behavior against expected limits and other sensors, and it sets the code when the lean reading persists without the normal rapid voltage changes.
