P2192System Too Rich at Higher Load (Bank 1)

P2192 means the engine computer has detected a fuel mixture that is too rich on Bank 1 when the engine is under higher load, such as during acceleration or climbing a hill. The computer is comparing the oxygen sensor's feedback against its expected fuel control and sees the exhaust is carrying more fuel than it can burn efficiently.
