P205DReductant Tank Temperature Sensor A Circuit High

P205D means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally high voltage on the signal circuit of the reductant tank temperature sensor, which is the sensor that monitors the temperature of the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank. The PCM expects the sensor's signal voltage to stay within a calibrated range, and a sustained high reading indicates an open circuit, a short to voltage, or a sensor that has failed in a way that drives the signal high.
