P06F1Reductant Control Module Internal Temperature Sensor Range/Performance

P06F1 means the reductant control module has detected that its internal temperature sensor is reading outside the expected range or is not responding in a plausible way. The module uses this sensor to protect its own electronics from overheating while managing the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) system, so the fault is logged when the signal stays too high, too low, or changes erratically.
