P03FAIgnition K Control Signal Circuit/Open

P03FA indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an open circuit or loss of continuity on the ignition coil control signal circuit for the ignition coil designated as 'K'. The PCM commands each coil to fire by grounding or pulsing a control wire, and when the voltage on that circuit does not behave as expected during a self-test, the PCM stores this code and may disable the affected cylinder's ignition coil.
