P01AAAlternative Fuel Tank Temperature Sensor Circuit

P01AA indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an out-of-range voltage or implausible signal from the alternative fuel tank temperature sensor circuit. This sensor monitors the temperature of the fuel in a compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), or other alternative fuel tank, and the PCM uses that data to adjust fuel delivery and protect the tank from over-temperature conditions.
