P014BO2 Sensor Delayed Response - Lean to Rich Bank 2 Sensor 2

P014B means the powertrain control module has detected that the downstream oxygen sensor on bank 2 is taking too long to switch from a lean voltage to a rich voltage when the fuel mixture changes. The computer commands a rich-to-lean transition and watches the sensor's response time, and if the sensor lags beyond a calibrated threshold, it stores this code.
