P1141 · MazdaHO2S Bank 1 Sensor 2 Heater Circuit Low Input

P1141 on Mazda vehicles means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected a low input voltage on the heater circuit of the downstream heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) in bank 1, sensor 2. The PCM expects to see battery voltage on the heater control circuit when the heater is commanded on, and a low reading tells it the circuit is shorted to ground or the heater element has failed.
