P1122 · FordThrottle Position TP Sensor Circuit Intermittent Low Voltage

P1122 on a Ford means the powertrain control module (PCM) saw the throttle position (TP) sensor signal drop to an abnormally low voltage intermittently, rather than a steady low reading. The PCM expects the TP sensor to sweep smoothly from about 0.5 to 4.5 volts as the throttle opens, and this code sets when the signal briefly falls below the expected minimum or glitches low during a drive cycle.
