C0611Right Park Brake Actuator Control Circuit Low

C0611 means the electronic control module that manages the right-side electric parking brake has detected a low-voltage condition on the control circuit for the right park brake actuator. The computer commanded the actuator to apply or release, but the voltage on that circuit stayed below the expected threshold, so it flagged the circuit as low.
